The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit by bank.

The balance of the stay is preferably paid in cash, within the legal terms, by Visa, Mastercard or debit card.

Check in is expected after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, check out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Since we do not have 24H/24H reception for organizational reasons, we invite our guests to communicate an approximate time for arrivals at the hotel after 5 p.m. via an early phone call.

The tourist tax is Euro 1.50 per person, per day, from 14 years of age, must be paid in cash.
